Sales of BatExplorer PRO are handled by Paddle. They are specialized in managing purchases including tax collection and invoicing for each country. You will get an invoice directly from them.
- Enter the amount of licenses you want to buy. Every user needs their own license.
- Enter the details of the user who will use BatExplorer
If needed, add a different email address for the accounting or the person who is buying the license.
Add your VAT number and address here.
After the payment, you will receive:
- BatExplorer2 License Activation email from Elekon with the BatExplorer2 license activation. Click the link in the activation email to receive your license. It will look like this:

To activate the product:
1. Start the software
2. Choose 'Help' -> 'Register/Activate...'
3. Fill in the license information exactly as it appears below
4. Click 'Activate'

- Email with your receipt. It will look like this:
Click on “Beleg ansehen” to view your invoice. You are still able to change the address or add a VAT number in case you forgot this step before. Download this receipt for your accounting.
